Warranty
Waikato Western guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We firmly stand behind everything we produce. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair. If you believe you have purchased a defective Waikato Western product, please follow the specific guidelines below.
Our Warranty Policy: Waikato Western Ltd will replace or credit faulty items that are within 12 months warranty from purchase date where the fault is deemed to be a direct result of a manufacturing fault or materials defect. Your item may need to be returned and inspected. Some faults may need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued.

​You have 10 days from the date of delivery* to initiate a return if the item is unused with the original tags still attached and in the original condition it is delivered in.
