All products are shipped from Hamilton using New Zealand Post. Only domestic New Zealand shipping is available.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Please note: Shipping days do not include public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order using the tracking number provided. If the tracking link is not available you can paste your tracking number into the search bar in the New Zealand Post tracking page.

As much care is taken to package and ship your parcel however, in the unlikely event that the courier has confirmed that either damaged or lost your parcel in transit, we will do our best to assist you in with getting the most favourable outcome.
